The District is managed by Trustees with oustide consultants committed to protecting the public health and the environment by developing, integrating and implementing fiscally responsible solutions for the operation and maintenance of 10.8 square miles of land (6,924 acres), and 14.7 miles of levees along with 1 pump facility.
